Q: Can I customize my own card?
A: Customized card is available, including design, size, thickness and scratch label.
Q: What's the design format that I need to send?
A: We prefer the design by CDR/AI/PDF/PSD format with layers graph. Leave each design 3mm bleeding line, the tolerance is less than ±1mm when die-cut the card.
Q: Does your card have color deviation?
A: The color deviation is commonly below 10% between the finished products and the electronic design draft.
Q: What if I don't have designers?
A: We have experienced designers to deal with your artwork, avoiding unexpected mistakes.
Q: Can I get sample for reference?
A: Free similar sample is available, just need you pay the freight. Customized sample needs you pay sample fee and freight.
Q: How many is your defective rate?
A: Each card will be checked 3 times by machine and workers, our defective rate is below 0.01% while it is 0.05% for other scratch card manufacturer in China.
